Abstract:
The influence of demography as a political and economic variable is too often neglected .. However, the unequal structures of populations in the context of the demographic transition, the masculinisation, the inequalities ethnic birth rates, urbanization, but also migration strongly influences the economic development of States, as well as the heterogeneous definition of poverty and the growth of economic and social inequalities.
