Abstract:
This paper examines three SMEs in the sector of "functional foods" that combine their skills in order to create natural and effective health solutions while fully respecting the environment. The first results show the decisive role of the strategic vision of the leader, who considers the company as a "tool" in the service of economic, social and territorial development. CSR appears as a set of basic beliefs guiding strategic reflections. It directs the company towards innovative approaches, initiating a virtuous spiral collective development and thus appears as a catalyst for innovation.
