Abstract: Les tentatives pour éviter la signature d'un contrat de travail sont permanentes en droit du travail. Avant même les arrêts « Uber », les juges sociaux ne vont pas hésiter à requalifier en contrats de travail des formes juridiques dérivées artificiellement mises en place par des employeurs.
