Abstract:
The internationalization process is based on different approaches: economic, process or entrepreneurial. The common denominator nonetheless rests on the SME's appropriation of its environment and of all the actors who can interact with it. So, faced with this complexity of the environments inherent to international SMEs, how can they implement reasoned management of their networks of influences to enable them to respond to their missions and achieve their internationalization objectives? Strategic intelligence integrates a specific territorial approach to the needs and capacities of a company in terms of managing influence networks. In this context, we propose a new approach based on the concept of "Relevant Network Management 3.0. "And its contribution to the dynamics of the internationalization process.
