Abstract: This article approaches the way that strategic information can be exchanged between companies member of the same network, which this network is centralized around a focal firm, decentralized from heads of network, or distributed according to a dense meshing. According to the cases, the network organization stimulate economic intelligence and the mutualization of the knowledge, because of close relationship between members. But, too big proximity in order to maintain transparency, can be unefficient for informations sharing, when the partners are transformed into competitors for example, or when the intermediaries act as stowaways.
