Abstract:
This article raises two current "incapacities" of research in organizational communication: incapacity to anticipate the technological boom; incapacity to realize the organizational utopia carried by the communication sciences. In response to these "incapacities", we propose avenues for future research to help overcome them in the years to come, based in particular on the work of Habermas.
