Abstract:
Human resource management (HRM) is a major issue for owner-managers of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). Our research is based on theoretical practices from these managers, owners of an SME with an entrepreneurial configuration. The conceptual model draws on an integration of literature reviews on SMEs, HRM and Entrepreneurship. We propose to highlight, through a case study, how the HRM practices and the intrapreneurship practices combine.
