Abstract: Organizations are discovering that their performance can't be exclusively financial and short-termist. The time to reconcile economic, social, societal and environmental requirements is coming. Capitalism has to be more human to succeed. Some business leaders recognizing the relevance of ISEOR's research works have decided with its leaders to create the Henri Savall-ISEOR Foundation to reward virtuous practices of global performance management and bring their contribution by inviting managers who wish to go further, thanks to the results of Socio-Economic research and its field methods proven for half a century.
