Abstract:
The aim of this communication is to formulate a proposal highlighting a management value system regarding responsible tourism sector. We used a recent work (Brosia, 2016) proposing a framework for analyzing the management of values in order to apply it to a case study in France. The methodology is perfectly reproducible in any other industry, and on any continent. We first demonstrated what the literature proposes on the subject of creation of value before revealing the analysis grid. We therefore proposed it to different employees of the target company, in finding a demonstration of values created.
