Abstract:
Previous decades have witnessed the stalemate of the Doha Round and numerous bilateral and regional agreements in international business. In this context, which is not in favor of multilateral support, plurilateralism is being revived, constituting a real opportunity for developing countries. Analysis is directed towards formulating strategies for these countries to reduce risks posed by plurilateral trade liberalization.
