Abstract:
Presentation on a two years long investigation during a PhD thesis exploring links between democracy at the workplace and new digital tools designed for collective intelligence. During the OAP workshop, we namely highlighted : o the still discontinuous and sporadic nature of the implementation of these systems, despite their proliferation o questions of transparency and centrality o the intertwined role of AI and humans in such systems Taking a Deweyian approach, we question the impact of these devices on democracy, in both public space and the workplace.
