Abstract:
Based on a case study, this exploratory study highlights the positioning and the specific role played by the third sector (non-profit sector) and its actors, in supporting venture creation policy. For about thirty years, these actors have been stimulating economic initiatives nearby a large public (particularly the unemployed persons). They have promoted social innovations by developing some different approaches to set up a business. These structures have proposed to take into account not only the venture project but also the undertaker's profile and needs. They have conceived new disposals (formation, coaching, networking, team working…) in order to accompany the undertaker on different manner.
