Abstract: Open science is the unhindered dissemination of the results, methods and products of scientific research. It uses the opportunity presented by digital change to develop open access to publications and - as far as possible - to data, source codes and research methods. (National French Plan for Open Science - 2021). This communication, designed to raise awareness among future economists of a more transparent and collaborative science, answers some of the most frequently asked questions about putting open science into practice. It includes a wealth of information on tools and resources specific to the discipline.
