Abstract: This ongoing research is examining the tourism management literature on the use of ChatGPT by tourists and is seeking to identify the various theoretical gaps, particularly concerning the perceived risks associated with its use. It is based on manual and systematic literature reviews enhanced by the ARTIREV software. Finally, it suggests future avenues of research.
