Abstract: This exploratory paper is the first stage of a project aiming at analyzing the integration of women in the workplace in Algeria. As a case study, this research is focused on the difficult integration of Algerian women in the workplace, despite high levels of training leading to diplomas of higher education. This article presents the Cevital group, which could be labeled as a pioneer. The results clearly show the absence of a strategy to increase the number of women in Cevital's workforce (5% of the total). On the other hand, women are recruited into administrative positions with executive status, and often have degrees and experience within the group.
