Abstract:
This article studies the ways in which microsimulation is used in the development of the "Prime d'activité." The political dimension of this form of economic expertise lies first in the blurring of the boundaries that can separate the design and costing of a reform, and second in the cognitive framing produced by microsimulation, which is focused on identifying the winners and losers of each scenario envisaged.
