Abstract:
This article both states and deciphers the European Union's (EU) message regarding its need for regulation, its desire for peace and cohesion, and the major role of its cultural action in bringing together and integrating different identities by making them compatible. In a world where individualistic, fanatical, and even hateful behaviour is becoming commonplace, this message may seem utopian, but it is a utopia that energizes the pursuit of rational community building.
