Abstract: This work explores the impact of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) on assessment practices in higher education, particularly in the field of management sciences. In the context of accelerated digital transformation, tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Wooflash enable the automation of assessments while personalizing them to meet the individual needs of students. These technological potential promises to optimize teachers' workloads while enhancing student engagement and learning. However, ethical and methodological challenges arise, particularly regarding transparency and the development of analytical skills. Through a combined analysis of literature reviews and empirical studies, the article offers concrete recommendations for integrating these tools critically and responsibly. It aims to contribute to discussions on digital transitions in education and to promote pedagogy adapted to the challenges of generative AI.
