Abstract: Urban logistics represents an increased interest from both practitioners (firms, politics, etc.) and academics. The deployment of Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in Europe in large cities is a challenge for services providers and firms which need to deliver to stores. The aim of this exploratory paper is therefore to examine research on this topic and to carry out an exploratory study with experts to identify the specificities and challenges of this type of services and first results for purchasing and procurement field.
