Abstract:
This paper proposal, part of a doctoral research project conducted by the lead author, aims to examine the potential effects associated with the presence of the Nutri-score in brand communications. After clarifying the concept of the Nutri-Score, a synthesis of key findings regarding the impact of the Nutri-score on product packaging is supplemented by an analysis of the effects of nutritional information or claims in brand communications. A content analysis complements this synthesis, helping to identify research avenues and potential contributions arising from the study.
