Abstract:
At the end of the 19th century, A. Fouillée radically transformed our understanding of solidarity. It was no longer just an individual feeling, but became an ontological and anthropological concept. The liberal myth of a society made up of Robinsons collapsed. But it is not enough to know that natural solidarity is necessary for the life of humankind: we must also have the desire to sublimate it into brotherhood. This is the way to reconcile the True, the Good and the Right
