Abstract:
Effective stakeholder engagement is critical for intrapreneurial project success. Managing organizational politics, understanding power dynamics, and crafting targeted engagement strategies help intrapreneurs secure resources and sponsorship. A structured five-step framework-identifying, segmenting, strategizing, involving, and activating networks-supports systematic stakeholder management. Successful engagement strengthens project credibility, builds alliances, mitigates resistance, and aligns initiatives with organizational priorities, enhancing the intrapreneurial project's chances of overcoming internal competition and bureaucratic challenges.
