Abstract: This poster, produced as part of Researcher's Tuesday organised by the University of Mons, helps to understand and analyse the individual mechanisms and organisational conditions that enable individual resilience to strengthen organisational resilience. The literature on organisational resilience has certain gaps regarding the relationship between individual resilience and organisational resilience.
