Abstract: This paper integrates Total Quality Management practices with Industry 4.0 technologies to evaluate an organization's readiness for digital transformation. The research objectives encompass assessing the influence of TQM dimensions, including leadership commitment, continuous improvement, and process management, on the preparedness for Industry 4.0 adoption and examining the related opportunities and challenges. A quantitative research methodology was employed, utilizing a survey of 100 participants from diverse industries. The findings indicate a positive correlation between TQM practices and Industry 4.0 readiness, with continuous improvement demonstrating the most significant influence. Identified key challenges encompass deficiencies in digital skills, substantial implementation expenses, and reluctance to change. The study advises organizations to strategically align Total Quality Management (TQM) with Industry 4.0, invest in digital skills training, and foster a culture of innovation to overcome obstacles and effectively integrate these technologies, thereby improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
