Abstract: OPINION. Le départ de François Bayrou n'efface pas l'ombre du colossal effort budgétaire de 40 milliards, modeste face aux 1 670 milliards de dépenses publiques, mais immense pour un État incapable de freiner sa dérive financière. Dans ce climat, fleurissent les solutions fiscales « miracles », dont la plus emblématique est la « taxe Mistral » de Gabriel Zucman.
