Abstract:
The best-selling book in the world, a long-awaited Japanese translation! The Japanese version of the best-selling "Clear Leadership" of leadership theory, which has been translated into seven languages of the world. What skills are needed for leaders to maintain a collaborative organization? Based on years of experience as a consultant in academic research and organizations, we explain how the experience and semantic process we do on a daily basis hinder collaboration and how to build a true partnership. There are twenty-three exercises to learn each other's skills, such as how to practice "learning conversation" that makes each other's experiences clear, focusing on the "four selves" that are important for "clear leadership" skills, and it is a content that you can read and practice. Based on social constructivism and social constructivism, we have developed a leadership approach that combines various approaches from Boe'en family systems theory, organizational dynamics Oschley, Ajiris and Sean, and Appliant Incorporated. The author positions "Clear Leadership" as the basic skills for practicing "interactive organizational development".
