Abstract:
The difficulties of evaluation of the ICT impact at the beginning of the Nineties led the economists to modify their statistical tools for measurement of the economic performances. The national and international institutions (UNO, OECD) then undertook to develop new definitions and nomenclatures adapted to the characteristics of these technologies. These reforms must succeed, in 2007, with creation at the international level of a sector of the economy of information
