Working Papers from HAL

Abstract: What CSR-O (social responsibility of enterprises and organizations)? What is the Law? What ICT (information and communications technology)? The first two have in common to be amenable to an impressionistic approach and belong to imaginary orders. ICT, however, belong to the real, physical world. This precludes anything to meet all three, especially to give birth to a powerful tool in the context of a research program.
