Abstract: More than half a century of independence, sub-Saharan Africa always has difficulty in assuring its development. A situation particularly favored by multiple obstacles : the corruption of the customs, the bad governance and the multi-form conflicts. To go out of it, a substantial transformation of all the sociopolitical and economic structures is imperative. The preservation of the sustainable stability passes necessarily by numerous individual and collective efforts. It is at this price that the African States will know how to take all their place in the concert of the emergent nations.
