Abstract:
This study aims to investigate the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and exports' performance. In fact, the literature review on the subject would not be conclusive, and raises deviations about the contribution of multinational firms in improving export performance. Thus, the analysis is conducted through a dynamic panel data model of 23 developing countries and estimated by SGMM method. Hence, results analysis affirms the existence of a positive relationship between foreign direct investment inflows and exports' performance.
