Abstract: This document presents a research proposal whose purpose is to identify relationships of dependence between tangible resources and the dynamic capabilities of companies. This through three stages; first a literature review; second, utilize an existing database (EDIT industry), which will provide the study variables; Finally, econometric methods will be carried out. With this, expected to determine the resources the tangible type that influences the development of dynamic capacities within organizations.
