Abstract:
The main objective of this article is to develop an improvement plan for the production area of the Baguer SAS company in the city of Bucaramanga, specifically oriented in the line of Female Jean of the Derek Brand, In House mode, this being one of the main brands positioned at the national level, for which part of the fieldwork is based on a mixed methodology and exploratory approach in order to know the current situation of the company, and more precisely, the production process in the aforementioned line. An unstructured interview and information recording of the direct observation carried out at the company's facilities are designed, the basis for the construction of an analysis matrix where the weaknesses, causes, and effects identified in their productive activities are recorded. The results that affect the need to implement improvements in the production process, which involve the hiring of staff, investment in technology, reorganization of schedules, among others, in addition to these actions it is necessary to design indicators for monitoring the implementation of improvements proposals, in case of implementing these changes by the company.
