Abstract: The objective of this project is to provide information in an efficient manner on the processes and procedures of importation of solid bulk in the seaport of Buenaventura Colombia. This document serves as a guide for people and entrepreneurs interested in carrying out import operations, since it contains the step by step process of each of the processes and procedures that the merchandise has before and when entering the national customs territory, allowing to know the times of each of the import declarations and responsible for each of these operations. It leaves a disposition of the reader the manual of process and the procedures of import of solid bulk in the seaport of Buenaventura - Colombia, in which it is in the steps of the form to create a company, the process of which has a bulk from its sowing until it is transported for sale and this way improve and facilitate the import process and the reduction of time and costs.
