Abstract:
Strategic planning is one of the tools that is considered as a pillar for the direction of any organization, in order to create a competitive advantage in the market; The design of a strategic plan for the Foundation is a decision that seeks to achieve this advantage and promote its sustainability and competitiveness. To carry out this research, the diagnosis of the current situation of the Foundation began, analyzing the matrices that were carried out to understand both the internal and external context, taking into account technical, financial and organizational factors. Subsequently, all the information collected was analyzed and the strategic plan was defined in order for the Foundation's senior management to make decisions efficiently, effectively and effectively to achieve the Foundation's advantage and recognition in the market.
