Working Papers from HAL

Abstract: In the past few years, the topic of scientific integrity has been the subject of a succession of initiatives that go back to the foundations of researcher's work, nature and practices are. Moving beyond an individual approach of academic work, it constitutes a managerial issue at the heart of various management processes and practices, with both formal and informal rules or power mechanisms. Finally, it all contributes to the quality of scientific production which is the purpose, result and driving force of academic organizations. Thus, management science is legitimate to take up the theme of scientific integrity. After having presented the state of international and French measures relating to scientific integrity, we will propose a reflexive look at these initiatives.
