Abstract: This article deals with the fundamental question of educational homogamy in France. One interest in this interrogation finds its root in the fact that the global education level has highly increased during the last decades and particularly women'. These demographic changes may have influenced individuals well-being in some way. This article aims to highlight some of these eventual effects particularly within households in France.
