Abstract: The aim of the IMPact des Ports dans l'Economie Circulaire (IMPPEC 2020-2022) involving ISI/Lab.RII (Centre de Recherche sur l'Innovation et Stratégies of the Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale and the Grand Port Maritime de Dunkerque (GPMD) is to analyse the role of ports in the development of industrial/circular ecology projects. It is based on the construction of a dashboard of indicators relating to the port's involvement, in its various missions, in the development and strengthening of industrial ecology in Dunkirk. The purpose of this dashboard, which is presented in this report, is to serve as a management tool for the management tool, taking stock of the development of the circular economy, and in particular one of its strands, industrial ecology. It focuses on the role of the port authority, while also integrating the actions carried out by all the players (institutions, businesses) in the project implemented on a regional scale. It is also intended to serve as a tool for territorial, making it possible both to disseminate the best practices developed in Dunkerque and to compare experiences in different industrial port areas.
