Abstract:
The article refers to a study of 280 healthcare executives. It analyzes the influence of motivational drivers and job satisfaction factors on their psychosocial state. The results confirm a theoretical framework proposing an alignment of the concepts of motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction, as well as research that considering the influence of organizational variables (values, team, public perception, recognition). They highlight that the psychosocial state of healthcare managers (quality of life at work, stress, role strain, power to act) is influenced by two key factors: patient care and recognition.
