Abstract:
Abstract This article deals with the notion of industrial ecology understood as collective action. Using the social capital literature, the author suggests that identity – specifically personal identification to a community or a territory – is a key factor to impulse a viable territorial development based on a systemic territorial symbiosis. The case of the « Zero Waste » project in Pays de Savoie will be analyzed.
