Abstract:
This report is divided into three sections, each linked to a specific focus area, which provide an overview of the work carried out by the scientific committee. Focus areas 3 and 4 were ultimately merged during the evaluation process, as their objectives were very similar and related to the mobilisation of local stakeholders. In the first section, we will therefore present the progress made on priority area 1, which was initiated at the start of the scientific committee's support. Individuals were interviewed while they were still volunteers and then reviewed again after they joined the EBs. The last interviews were conducted in spring 2025. This approach made it possible to track the employees' personal development, which was generally very positive, but also the more mixed developments in their relationship with the project. In the second part, we will report on the creation of the Logbook as a tool for gathering the opinions of employees and management on the functioning of the EBEs. This process took place at specific moments, requiring the results obtained to be interpreted according to the context. This context was marked by a major crisis in the life of the EBE Activi'teil, following which its co-director left, while for Déclics and Claps, it was a time of start-up. The evaluation revealed the tensions to which EBEs are subject, but also their achievements and successes.
