Abstract: Information bulletin considers dynamics, structure and differentiation of salary of university faculty by status of university, federal districts, positions, status of employment, age groups and some other parameters. The study is also devoted to the analysis of incentive contracts, its components, types of bonuses, time budget of university faculty and satisfaction with a system of incentive payments.
