Abstract:
The publication examines various aspects of the development of secondary vocational education (SVE) in the Russian Federation. A review of statistical data characterizing the coverage of the population with SVE programs, financing of SVE, network dynamics, infrastructure, teaching staff, digitalization of educational organizations implementing SVE programs is presented. Information is provided on the participation of students in the championships "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia), olympiads, competitions of professional skills. For individual indicators, information is presented by industry specialization and the size of educational institutions, international comparisons are given.
