International Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1985, vol. 8, 1-4

Abstract:

The Mennicke group M ( m , n , r ) = 〈 x , y , z , | x y = x m ,  y z = y n ,  z x = z r 〉 is one of the few known 3 -generator groups of deficiency zero. Several cases of M ( m , n , r ) are studied.
