Generalized Order and Best Approximation of Entire Function in ð ¿ ð ‘ -Norm

Abstract:
The aim of this paper is the characterization of the generalized growth of entire functions of several complex variables by means of the best polynomial approximation and interpolation on a compact ð ¾ with respect to the set Ω ð ‘Ÿ = { ð ‘§ ∈ ð ‚ ð ‘› ; e x p 𠑉 ð ¾ ( ð ‘§ ) ≤ ð ‘Ÿ } , where 𠑉 ð ¾ = s u p { ( 1 / ð ‘‘ ) l n | 𠑃 ð ‘‘ | , 𠑃 ð ‘‘ p o l y n o m i a l o f d e g r e e ≤ ð ‘‘ , ‖ 𠑃 ð ‘‘ ‖ ð ¾ â‰¤ 1 } is the Siciak extremal function of a ð ¿ -regular compact ð ¾ .
