Abstract:
Optimized business processes, continuous innovation, right decisions, forecasting, identifying cost centers, cost savings, higher income, more motivated employees and satisfied customers are the natural desires of any company worldwide, regardless of order size and scope of activity. This paper presents an analysis of two strategic approaches commonly used in the world, Business Process Reengineering and Total Quality Management, concepts that can be used successfully in organizations in Romania.Classification-JEL:
