Abstract:
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays an important role in government, academia and corporate (businesses). In this study, we were particularly interested in the advances of CSR in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the understanding that professionals with a degree on administration, economics, finance have of CSR. To determine the level of understanding and implementation of CSR in MSMEs, We applied a 13-item questionnaire to a sample of 383 business professionals. Data collection took four weeks. We collected 183 questionnaires in the first week and 200 questionnaires in second weeks. The remains two weeks were used for data processing. The results show that MSMEs professionals supportthe implementation of CSR practices to bolster the protection of natural resources and fulfillment of "Cleaner Production" as part of the principle of sustainability and CSR
