Abstract: Internationalization is an invaluable tool to expand markets. the investment flows and relocation processes productive. However, under a systemic optic, the incursion into foreign markets requires government cooperation, business determination and social participation. The tendency of an economy to internationalize is mainly reflected in the relations of public and private companies abroad through products, services or investments. The results must be reflected in population welfare. This study determines exports per capita in the states of Baja California (Mexico) and California (United States), seeking to infer their impact on revenues distribution and economic development
