Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the information and communication technologies (ICT), as tools to develop activities among the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME). The study was performed in Ciudad Guzmán, Jalisco. This is an exploratory-descriptive research. Some 280 family owned MSME were examined during the months of January through May of 2016. The survey consisted of 17 questions and 50 variables. The use of ICT´s is directly proportional, to the economic activity, 60.36% of micro, small and médium sized enterprises use ITC´s as a tool for the management and control of its capital. Enhancing customer service and increasing sales through service and sales support, is considered the biggest motive for enterprises in order to implement the ITC´s. Companies incorporated, in a slow way, various types of mobile devices such as computers, tablets, and smart phones that help them communicate with customers and suppliers
