Abstract: As a result of the privatization of Altos Hornos de México S.A. (AHMSA) in 1991, there have been rationed but constant adjustments in the conurbation of Monclova, Coahuila. Unemployment and underemployment represent a threat for the graduates and future graduates of our Faculty. The objective of this work is to determine how creation of a business incubator in the Faculty of Accounting and Management might support student entrepreneurs in the development of new businesses. We conduct documentary and field research. The results show that there is demand among students for the entrepreneurial opportunities that a business incubator can provide
