Abstract:
Entrepreneurship represents a viable option for people to gain independence and economic stability. However, determination is required to assume the risks that this implies. Traditional entrepreneurship has evolved to meet the new modality demanded by paradigm shifts. In this realm, not only the entrepreneur, but also the investor, the government sector and Higher Education Institutions are involved. Each of these players contribute with several programs to facilitate the creation, incubation and development of businesses. The elements of a Startup model proposed by experts are presented Subsequently, the influence of business incubators on the development of Startup is analyzed. The object of this work, as well as the importance of implementing a methodology for development of startups in the state of Puebla. We conclude that examples of success of startup entrepreneurship show that with the practice of this innovative methodology individuals can overcome uncertainty to find a sustainable business and fulfill a social commitment towards people and the environment
